Dear Student:

Thank you for your interest in TREA Memorial Foundation’s Scholarship Program. An application for TREA Memorial Foundation’s Scholarship Program for 2013 is available below to download. Completed applications cannot be received at the Foundation before January 2, 2013 and the postmark deadline for submitting an application is April 30, 2013. Any applications received after the postmark deadline will be disqualified.

Your application must be completed in its entirety.

All applicants must have a parent, grandparent or great-grandparent who is or was a member in good standing (deceased or otherwise) of The Retired Enlisted Association or TREA's National Auxiliary. Adults or emancipated children are not eligible. No exceptions will be made.

Applicants will be required to write an essay on the following topic:

"What do you consider to be the single most important societal problem? Why?"

TREA Memorial Foundation scholarships are granted after review of all the applications. You will be notified of our selections in a letter with corresponding forms to complete. While completing your application read the “Eligibility” portion carefully and do not apply if you meet any of the restrictions.
