Debbie Oelschig joined TREA in 2005. She is an active member of Chapter 39 in Aurora, Colorado where she has served as the Chapter Treasurer. On the National level, Debbie has been the National Treasurer for several terms, 1^st Vice and now National President. She attended Columbia College and studied Business & Accounting. Debbie retired from the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer in 2007. She is actively involved in various community activities with her children's schools. Debbie and her children reside in Parker, Colorado.

        Justin Jump

Justin Jump has been a part of TREA since 2009. Starting as a member of local Chapter 39 in Aurora, Colo., and holding many key positions to include,  1st, 2nd, and 3rd Vice President not to mention being a 2-year Director. On the national governing body, Justin was voted as National President and served from 2020 to 2022, continuing to serve as Immediate Past National President he was elected as 2nd Vice President and holds the Chairman position to the Membership, Awards Committee and Past National President Council. Prior key positions held on the national governing board includes 2nd Vice President, Chairman to Legislative and Membership Committees, and 3rd Vice President, Chairman to the Membership Committee. He has also held a 2 term 2-Year Director position as Chairman to the Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee. Justin continuously serves in the Air Force, Air National Guard of Rhode Island, as a Federal Technician assignment to Joint Force Headquarters Air, Camp Fogarty, Rhode Island. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Norwich University, VT, and a bachelor’s degree in political science, legal studies from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, WI.

         Garry Turks

Garry Turks joined TREA in 2004 and is a proud Member at Large. He has served on the Board numerous times and always enjoys the opportunity to be the National Chaplain. Mr Turks retired from the United States Marine Corps in 1985 and served in the Vietnam War. Garry holds a B.S. degree in Mortuary science from USC Southern California, a Masters in Mortuary Science from UCLA and a Masters of Theology from Georgetown University. He resides in Denver Colorado with his lovely wife Naomi of 53 years.

       Butch Liebaert

Butch joined TREA in 1997 with Chapter 97 in Dallas, TX. In 2002 he played a major role in the start up of chapter 119 in Superior, Wisconsin where he was later elected and still remains the chapter president. Butch retired from the US Army in December 1995 with a rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7 ) with 30 plus years of service with the WIARNG, 15 years as an M Day soldier and 15 plus years of active duty. Mr. Liebaert has overseen many committees at the local Chapter level and served on numerous committees during his previous  time on the TREA National Board of Directors. He has also served on several committees while a member of the TREA Memorial Foundation and was a Chairperson from May 2017 to May 2019. Butch and his supportive wife Cheryl of 51 years live in Superior, Wisconsin. 

     Kyle Carpenter

Kyle Carpenter joined TREA in 2013.  Kyle is a member of Chapter 39 in Aurora, CO.  On the national governing body, Kyle currently serves as Treasurer.  Kyle is currently serving in the Arkansas Air National Guard on active duty.  He holds a master’s degree in Maters of Business Administration with an emphasis in  Healthcare from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management  from University of Phoenix.  Kyle also obtained his Community College of the Air Force  associate’s degree in Human Resource.
