  John Adams joined TREA in 1998 as a life member.  He is a member of Chapter 1 in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has been on the chapter board in various offices, chaired or member of various committees.  On the National level, John is currently the TREA President.  He has received the TREA National Founders Award for Distinguished Service as well as the TREA National Member of the Year Award.  He earned a MBA in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.  He retired from the USAF in 1993 as an E-7.  John and his wife, Nenita reside in Colorado Springs, CO. 

Justin Jump

Justin Jump joined TREA in 2009. He is a member of Chapter 39 in Aurora, CO. He has served on the Chapter Board as 1st Vice President. On the National level, Justin is a Director and the Chairman of the By-Laws & Standing Rules Committee. He is currently serving on Active Duty assigned to Air National Guard Reserves Command, in Andrews AFB, Maryland. Justin has his Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelors in Political Science.

Philip Hilinski joined TREA in 2000. He is a member of Chapter 111 in Akron, OH. He has served on the Chapter's board as Secretary, Treasurer, 1st VP, President and now, the immediate Past President. On the National level, Phil has served on four National committees: IT, 5-Year Plan, Legislative and Awards. He currently serves as a 2-Year Director. He retired from the US Army in 1994 as an E8. Philip has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration as well as several certifications in Computer Programming. He and his wife Judith, live in Delaware, Ohio.

MSgt Greg Barnett

Greg Barnett, Jr. joined TREA in 2006 as a life member.  He was recently the President of Chapter 92 in Havelock, North Carolina.  He has also served as the Chapter's Sgt-at-Arms and Vice President.  He retired from the United States Marine Corps as an E-8 in 1999.  He is very active in local veteran activites and is currently a MAL (Member-at-Large). Greg resides in Aurora, CO.

MSgt Rick Delaney

Past National President

Rick Delaney joined TREA in 1991 as a life member.  He is a member of Chapter 94 in Warner Robbins, GA and has been on the Chapter Board since its' formation in 1999.  Rick has held various offices and has chaired or was a member of various committees.  On the National level, Rick served on or chaired several committees including Legislative Affairs, Public Affairs, Chapter Start Up & Assistance, 5-Year Plan and IT.  Rick is currently the TREA past President and served as National President for 2012 - 21-4.  He retired from the USAF in 1989 as an E-7.  Rick and his wife, Pat reside in Warner Robbins, Georgia.

Thomas 'Butch' Liebaert

TREA Memorial Foundation Chairman

Thomas 'Butch' Liebaert joined TREA with Chapter 97 in 1997. He started Chapter 119 in 2002 and is still serving as President of the Chapter. He has chaired various committees and is currently the Chairman of the Memorial Foundation. Butch retired as an E-7 with the Wisconsin Army National Guard in 1995 after 30 plus years. He served 15 years as an M Day Soldier and 15 plus years active duty as a career Recruiter or Counselor. Butch retired from the construction industry in 2010 from local 11 as a plumber/ pipefitter. He is an active member on the Douglas County Veterans committee and on the Elks Lodge 403 Veterans Committee. He and his wife, Cheryl reside in Superior, WI.

Ed Cates joined TREA in 1992.  He is a member of Chapter 1 in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is currently the chapter treasurer.  He previously served as secretary, Director and 1st Vice.  Ed has served as the Vice Chairman of the Memorial Foundation as well as their Treasurer.  He is the past Chairman of the Senior   Citizens League.  He earned his BS degree in Business Administration from Regis University.  He retired from the USAF as an E-9 in 1996.  He serves as the Bingo manager for Chapter 1.  Ed and his wife, Irmgard reside in Colorado Springs, CO. 

CPO Debbie Oelschig

Debbie Oelschig joined TREA in 2005. She is a member of Chapter 39 in Aurora, Colorado where she serves as the Chapter Treasurer. On the National level, Debbie is the National Treasurer. She attended Columbia College and studied Business & Accounting. Debbie retired from the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer in 2007. She is actively involved in various community activities with her children's schools. Debbie and her children reside in Centennial, Colorado.

Collins Dupre "C D" Rice Jr. retired from the US Air Force as an E-8 in 1977.  He subsequently earned a BA in Business Administration, and a MA in dual concentration of Management/Human Relations, before joining TREA in 1981. CD has served in chair positions as Bylaw/SRs, Public Relations, and as Veterans Service Officer from 2001 to 2013. He has since served as member of the VSO Committee.  C D Rice, Jr and wife reside in a senior citizen community in Denver, Colorado.

SSG Aaron Reed

Aaron Reed joined TREA in 1996. He is a Member of Chapter 3 in Aurora, Colorado where he is the immediate Past President and was the Chapter President in 2008 and 2012. At the National level, Aaron is serving as 2-Year Director; he is also the Public Relations Committee Chairman. Aaron attended University of Hawaii and Metro State College. He retired from the US Army as an E6 in 1985. He is actively involved in American Red Cross. Aaron and his wife Robyn reside in Denver, Colorado.

Charlie Flowers joined TREA in 1984 and became a life member in 1986.  He is a member of Chapter 3 in Aurora, Colorado where he currently serves as Chapter President.  On the National level, he has served as 3rd Vice, 2nd Vice, 1st Vice Presidents, National President and National Parliamentarian. He attended the Community College of the Air Force and received his Associate Degree. Charlie retired from the USAF in 1984 as MSgt. Charlie currently resides in Denver, Colorado.

Michael Holzhauser
National VSO


Michael "Mike" Holzhauser joined TREA as a life member in 2012. He is a member of Chapter 29 in Rapid City, SD. On the National level, Mike is TREA's VSO. He served in the US Army as well as in the South Dakota National Guard. He is a member of the Brookings County Housing Board and is the current President of the South Dakota County Veterans Service Officers Association. Mike graduated from the University of South Dakota. Mike and his wife, Ann, reside in South Dakota.

Senior Citizens League Chairman

Arthur " Coop" Cooper joined TREA in the 80's and is a life member.
Coop served in the United States Army and Retired in 1980 as an E-7 SFC. As a member he has served as 
chaplain, treasurer and president, and became the first TREA President elected from the floor.
During his time as a member he has carried out or ensured Colors were displayed at Arlington. 
As a Director Arthur R. Cooper has chaired the Chapter Start up and Legislature Committee.
Coop Currently  serves as the Chairman of Trustees of The Senior Citizens League.
Mr. Cooper resides in Baltimore Maryland.
